Before and After

13Nov12

There are a ton of 3 level split houses in Calgary and they are the perfect candidate for renovations. Typically these homes were built after WW2, which means, for the most part, the structure and building techniques are fairly similar to what we do today. The structure will most likely (with proper engineering) support additional square footage, and that is what we did here. The roof was removed and up we went with another level. The 3 level split is now 4 level modern home. This house is one of our entries for the upcoming CHBA SAM awards.

Hi, I was wondering what the approximate cost of this project was? Are there interior pictures available?

  2. Hi Jeremy, A project like this would generally be in the $180-$190 sqft range. We have been meaning to get images of this project up on the site. I will email a few to you directly.
